With subscription to its digital platform integral to the company business model, Chief's mission is "to drive more women to the top—and keep them there.” The rebrand focuses on the how the right community can feel like a powerful
embrace, and how CHIEF helps in finding circles of influence.

Brief: Rebrand & Reposition CHIEF: A private membership network for executive women.
CHIEF strives to build a community that supports & connects women executives. As an organization, they aim to foster a space that cultivates open, growing and supportive communication.
Focusing on these core ideas, the identity was crafted to emulate bold yet embracing feel of a community. The central idea in this strategy is: CHIEF builds “circles of influence,” helping you find what you need.
Highlighting the main 6 areas that CHIEF offers in their organization; Cohort, Mentorship, Membership, Network, Thought Leadership and Annual Summits, the next step was to create Brand Beliefs that reflects their principles in verbal and visual identity.
After reseraching the isolation that comes with being in power of circles as execite women, as well as women of color in those positions, the idea was to embrace the importance of community, and the power of womanhood.
