Inside my own shell is a psychology based data visualization that explores my personal relation with anxiety. This project takes anxiety as a physiological symptom and explores the layers of it and how it impacts daily life. The visualization aalso explores the overlap between anxiety and fear, as well the core beliefs developed early on in life.
